11.2 - Alerter – Attacks coming

Bot show a list of all enemies attacking your planet -

need to calculate the speed of the attackers, bombers it or not.

1. Enemy - the name of the enemy

2. Planet name - the name of the planet of the enemy

3. Alliance enemy

4. Time-Attack - how many times an enemy attack you.

5. Speed - the rate calculated by bot - the speed of the attackers.
(for speed server speed to 2 times more)

6. Maximum ships - the maximum possible number of enemy ships,
bot learns viewing all Attack-Logs.

7. Population - the population of the planet of the enemy

8. Energy - the amount of energy fields in the planet of the enemy

9. X, Y - coordinates of the planet of the enemy

10. Distance - the distance to the planet of the enemy

11. Time-start - the time attack detection bot

12. Propulsion technology, level 0-20, need for computing speed.
